What we collect
When you visit this site we record an anonymous page view. That includes the page you landed on, where you came from (referrer or UTM campaign), your country / region / city (derived from your IP address at the edge — we never store the IP itself, only a salted SHA-256 hash), and your device type, OS, and browser.
Cookies
We set a single first-party cookie called pftc_vid (a random UUID, expires after 12 months) so we can recognize repeat visits. No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics. Tracking only fires after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner — choose "Decline" and we set nothing.
Lead information
If you submit the sponsor inquiry form, we store your name, email, phone, company, role, and message so we can respond. If you tick the marketing-updates box we'll also email you event announcements; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address in the footer. We respond within 30 days.
